This Alsace-inspired pinot gris shows ripe stone fruit, poached pear and potpourri characters with subtle notes of gun smoke and mixed spice. It is concentrated and superbly weighted on the palate with excellent focus and textured mouthfeel, finishing long and mouth-watering.
